Letter from Frank J. Murray, Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court in Brockton, MA, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated January 25, 1961. In the letter, Murray provides the text of Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution of the National Conference of State Trial Judges, which discusses the appointment of court trial judges. He goes on to request that Kenison make three such designations from the trial courts of New Hampshire.
