Letter from Robert S. Monahan, of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, in Hanover, NH, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated May 3, 1959. In the letter, Monahan states the weekend reading was a speech by Kenison, which was well received and notes it reads just as well as it is listened. He goes on to state he has enclosed a newspaper article, which references the quick decision by the Supreme Court that helped move along a bill in the House.
