- Letter from Dr. Kenneth D. Wells, President of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, PA, addressed to 'friend,' presumably Frank R. Kenison, and dated April 16, 1959. In the letter, Wells notes that due to overwhelming requests, they are establishing the American Statesman Medal and presenting it to John Foster Dulles. Attached is a list of requirements for future recipients of this award.
