Letter from Edward "Eddie" Chamberlain, Jr., Director of Admissions at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, to Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated February 6, 1959. In the letter, Chamberlain provides an update on Thomas Revett Carter's application and gives an approximate time frame when he should receive a decision. He goes on to say they are concerned by the decline in Carter's grades, but he notes Carter tests well so he is unsure of the final decision on his application.
