Letter from Walter V. Schaefer of the Illinois Supreme Court in Chicago, IL, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated February 3, 1959. In the letter, Schaefer thanks Kenison for sending the copy of the New Hampshire Bar Journal and inquires if he has heard from James F. Oates. He goes on say Kenison should forget about Charlie Desmond's committee for the time being as Desmond's wife passed away in November from a long illness, which could be why nothing has come of it. Schaefer ends the letter by stating he hopes Kenison will be at N.Y.U. this summer.
