Letter from Frank R. Kenison to William F. Geenty, Jr. of North Haven, CT, dated September 10, 1959. In the letter, Kenison states he has been informed that Geenty's application to continue studying at the Boston University School of Law has been granted, but they were concerned that he has not applied himself as well throughout the year as he should. Kenison notes he is an "expert witness" in this situation because he also did not apply himself to extensive study after he received reasonable marks during his sophomore year in college and proceeded to fail Latin and geology.
