Letter from Tom C. Clark of the American Bar Association in Washington, DC, to Mr. Committeeman, presumably Frank R. Kenison, dated April 16, 1958. In the letter, Clark notes they are appointing a council to formulate a model judicial article for state constitutions. He goes on to discuss the University of North Carolina, which is handling the research for judicial reform in that state. Clark states he added Kenison's name to the mailing list for the University of North Carolina because he feels their publication can give him ideas for his own state.
