- Letter from Ralph F. Bischoff at New York University in New York, NY, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated April 10, 1958. In the letter, Bischoff notes he has enclosed a copy of an article on Dred Scott. He goes on to discuss state consititutions, as he is editing a compilation of state constitutions for 1958. Bischoff ends the letter by inquiring if Kenison has a copy of "Cahn: Supreme Court and Supreme Law."
