- Letter from Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, to Edward T. Chamberlain, Jr., Dean of Admissions at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, dated February 12, 1958. In the letter, Kenison notes he has limited acquaintance with Richard F. Breen, Jr., but is well acquainted with his mother. He notes he hears Breen is at the top of his class and has the highest character, but will be unable to attend if he does not receive a scholarship. Kenison inquires if there is any further information they need to consider his application.
