- Letter from Chester M. Wiggin, Jr. at the United States Senate in Washington, DC, to Frank R. Kenison in Concord, NH, dated October 30, 1957. In the letter, Wiggin notes he has enclosed a copy of a resolution proposed by Senator Bridges regarding changes in the Supreme Court. Attached are two memorandums providing opinions on the resolution. One is undated from Laurence I. Duncan and the second is dated December 31, 1957 from an unidentified author, possibly Frank R.
