- Letter from Frank R. Kenison, Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, to James J. Kalled in Wolfeboro, NH, dated December 26, 1957. In the letter, Kenison provides two cases, Burgess v. Boston & Maine Railroad and Hill v. Bardis, which he believes had settlements of over $30,000, but recommends Kalled double check with the court clerk or counsel in the case to confirm the settlement amount.
