- Letter from Ernest R. D'Amours from the Office of the Attorney General to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, both of Concord, NH. Dated September 30, 1957, D'Amours notes he has ordered a copy of the June issue of the Pennsylvania Law Review and goes on to discuss the article by Professor Clark in the Yale Law Journal. He ends the letter by stating he would write an article if he didn't have outside interests, including golf and lounging.
