- Letter from Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, to Lawrence J. Walsh in Wolfeboro, NH, dated September 5, 1957. In the letter, Kenison notes he has misplaced Walsh's letter, but has enclosed a copy of a letter from Henry P. Callahan regarding Walsh's inquiry. He emphasizes that Callahan does not wish to be quoted. The attched letter, dated September 4, 1957, discusses R.S.A. 498:16 through 19.
