Letter from Chief Justice Robert B. Williamson of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court in Augusta, ME, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated June 13, 1969. In the letter, Williamson notes he has enclosed a copy of a letter to Stanley M. Brown of the New Hampshire Bar Association in Manchester, NH, in which he writes to recommend Judge Edward T. Gignoux of Maine to the United States Supreme Court. Should Gignoux not prove a favorable recommendation, he would next recommend Kenison.
