- Letter written by A. R. Cutter on behalf of the Council of the New Hampshire Medical Society at a meeting in Portsmouth, NH, on February 16, 1797. The letter lists proposals such as reducing the quorum for electing officers to seven and that the treasurer can write to any who have not paid their yearly dues. The letter was read at the meeting on May 28, 1800.
