Letter from the Committee of the Church of Christ in North Hampton, NH, to Deacon Samuel Lane of the Church of Christ of Stratham, NH dated October 14, 1785. The committee requests the presence of members of the Church of Christ of Stratham when Benjamin Thurston is ordained as pastor of the North Hampton Church of Christ. The interior of the letter lists the churches that the committee contacted. There is also a note authored by Paine Wingate authorizing Samuel Lane and Daniel Clark to attend the church in North Hampton.
