- Daybook of Samuel Lane dated 1778 to 1780. In the daybook, Lane records his debts and credits for the year listing his debtors or creditors. At the beginning of the daybook, Lane writes that the book is to be understood in lawful money or new tender. In most cases, Lane lists the reasons for the debts or credits. At the end of the volume, Lane lists the tanning work he completed.
