Photographic print of 94 to 98 South Main Street in Concord, NH, dated April 1935. The caption states, "South Main Street April 1935 Left of picture -- West Street 1897 House on corner in 1897 home of Edward W. Brooks, Grocer store across West street at 1 Turnpike street. He was Edward Hale Brooks father, Edward was retired Lt. Gen U S A. This house was numbered 98 South Main Street 1906 South side of the next house 94 South Main, Mrs Adelia L. Badger had a variety store wife of Franklin L. Bader, brass and aluminum founder, East Concord. They were the parents of Dale E. Badger. These houses were razed in 1949 for a gas station."
