- Lunch menu for the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, NH, for August 1, 1915. The menu contains such items as turkey croquettes aux fine herbes, buttered beets, Saratoga chips, and piccalilli. The menu lists D. J. Trudeau as manager as well as associated hotels, including The Mount Pleasant in Bretton Woods; The Clarendon in Sea Breeze, FL; and The Ormond in Ormond Beach, FL. A photograph on the back of the menu shows the "Lake of the Clouds," near Bridle Path to the summit of Mount Washington.
