- Individual pay record book for Sgt. Harold C. Gibson of the 54th Pioneer Infantry opened on October 17, 1918. The book provides a list monthly wages and payments through December 24, 1918. At the end of the book is a printing of General Orders, No. 126 of the American Expeditionary Forces dated August 1, 1918 in France, which provides detail on payroll, pay books, and payment. The orders are signed by James W. McAndrew and Robert C. Davis.
