Over the survey is an image of the land as it was surveyed done by J.H. Buffords, a lithographer of Boston. Text on the bottom half of the broadside describes three lots. The first lot is the one shown in the image, which includes the water power strong enough to power 100 looms. The second lot is a saw mill also with water power. The third lot is a farm. The broadside lists Samuel A. Wheeler of Fitchburg, MA, Timothy K. Ames of Peterborough, NH, and James L. Chamberlin of Mason Village to contact for more information.
