Advertisement broadside for "The New Seven-Thirty Popular Loan" available at the Pittsfield National Bank in Pittsfield, NH. Dated 1865, the broadside by bankers Fisk & Hatch of New York, NY, notes this might be the last change to obtain the government security and provides reasons why people should buy the loan. Reasons listed include better interest rates, that they are tax exempt, and that the money will help "paying off the brave boys" who fought in the Civil War. The broadside appeals to those that are patriotic to buy the seven-thirty notes. On the back is a brief note in pencil on Orgetorix and the Helvetians.
