The deed is for one half of Swett and Samuel Roby's lot that adjoins the road from Kingston to Haverhill, NH. The document is signed by Ricard Hubbard, Davis, Thomas Crosbie, and Benjamin Swett. A note states Swett appeared before Justice of the Peace Ebenezer Stevens on July 23, 1744.
