- Letter from Byron and Laura Berry in Barnet, VT, to their aunt, dated October 2, 1871. In the letter, the Berrys update their aunt on recent family news, noting Laura and the baby were both very sick the entire time they were at St. Johnsbury. They go on to say they've sent along the book she requested and states she may pay the $1.50 whenever is convienent.
