The orders state those men who have been enlisted since the start will be mustered out, excepting the list of men who will be retained to officer the companies. These men includes James H. Landers, Dana W. King, James B. Newell, George B. Johnson, Charles A. Bowen, James H. Marshall, Nelson H. Peterson, James F. W. Fletcher, and John J. Nolan.
