- Letter from Isabella Putnam to L. L. Bloomenshine, both of San Diego, CA, dated September 29, 1960. In the letter, Putnam encloses a handwritten copy of a newspaper article from the Claremont Eagle dated July 10, 1906 announcing the marriage of George Putnam and herself, Isabella O'Neil, who had kept their engagement secret and married before telling their friends. In the letter, Putnam also inquires about sending along poems.
