- Matchbook. Political campaign matchbook, paper, red and blue on white, c. 1952. The matchbook contains paper matches with red heads. The front has a photo of Bob Taft. On reverse: "Vote for / Bob / TAFT / for PRESIDENT / CLOSE COVER BEFORE STRIKING." On top edge: "Vote REPUBLICAN." On bottom edge: "D.D. BEAN & SONS CO., JAFFREY, N.H." Inside: "BOB TAFT / Honest / Fearless / Qualified / GOP'S Best Bet / for '52 / Bob Taft Club of N.H. / S.O. Walker, Chairman / Manchester, N.H." One match is removed from the block.
