Daniel Hill, Mary Ann Stickney; In the 1840s, Elliot Hill's younger brother Daniel took over his shop; it appears that Elliot and several other family members continued to work in Daniel's shop. By 1834, their shop was in buildings owned first by Mrs. Mary Ann Stickey (great aunt of Mary Francis Stickney?) and later by Joseph P. Stickney. Perhaps they are related to Mary Frances Stickney (c.1818-84), for whom Elliot Hill made a chest of drawers (1967.1.2) - Spouse:
