Lovering has not yet been identified, but is likely a descendant of the large Lovering family of Loudon, N.H. Moses Lovering moved his large family (9 boys, 4 girls) from Exeter, N.H. to Loudon, N.H. in 1787, and many of the descendants remained in the Loudon area.
