Kent, G. W.
- Name:
- Kent, G. W.
- Other Names:
- Possibly George W. Kent (see notes)
- Notes:
- Two possible sources of the mark "G.W. Kent" on 1985.53.3:
First (and more likely): George W. Kent (b.1828, Boston), son of Martha Farnsworth Moses Kent (1791-), nephew of Fanny Brown (1803-77) James Maraner Kent (1804-72). This G. W. Kent would be first cousin of Lucien Kent.
Second: George Washington Kent (b.1798, Londonderry), descendant of Richard Kent (1735/6-1805) and cousin of James Maraner Kent (1804-72) and Moses Kent (1791-).
