- Notes:
- From Coysh Henrywood (1982), The Dictionary of Blue White Printed Pottery 1780-1880, p.163: Flourished 1847-1859. Minerva Works, Fenton, Staffordshire. This firm produced printed wares in many colours; green, pink, brown and black were used in addition to blue. They exported a series entitled 'W. Penn's Treaty' to America. Some printed marks included the name in full although the initials T.G. were used. Care must be taken in attributing such marks as some could refer to Thomas Goodwin of Burslem. One of the initial marks used by Green includes the name 'Fenton' within a Staffordshire knot surmounted by a crown."
