This 1937 Christmas card represents the first separate edition of this poem, which was also printed in the December 25, 1937 edition of the Saturday Review of Literature and published in the collection A Witness Tree. This card contains a woodcut by J.J. Lankes. The Spiral Press printed 820 copies with imprints as follows: 1. Elinor and Robert Frost, 275 copies; 2. Leonard W. Blizard, 25 copies; 3. Ann and Joseph Blumenthal,170 copies; 4. Edee and J.J. Lankes, 50 copies;5. J.J. Lankes, 100 copies; 6. The Melchers Montclair, 150 copies; 7. Nina and Richard Thornton, 50 copies.
