- Book plate: Sanford & Company, 364 Main St., Worcester, Mass. stationers and blank book manufacturers. A complete assortment of blank books, counting house and legal stationery always in stock. Contains lists of employees, with their occupations, time worked, rate of pay, amount paid, and each employee's signature. A summary of various expenditures, including expenditures for salaries, is given in red ink at the end of each month's payroll list. Each page has the caption title printed at the top, and is divided into 7 columns, with a caption printed at the top of each column. A blank leaf of light-weight, colored paper is inserted between each leaf of text. Many of these have been torn out.
