Printed in gold on front: "DISCHARGE / SERVICE RECORD / ROBERT I. BLAIR", with eagle at top. Printed label inside, center: "This Compartment For / HONORABLE DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE". Leather interior flap, bottom right, printed in gold: "Socony Vacuum Oil Company, Inc." with Pegasus logo. Leather loop and closure strap.
