- Medicine bottle. Clear glass, blown in mold, with applied lip. Cylindrical body with flat front. Neck 1" long. Embossed lettering on front: "A. PERLEY FITCH CO. / PHARMACISTS / CONCORD, N.H.", with image of mortar and pestle. Mold seam on sides. Embossed lettering on bottom: "W.T. CO. / M / U.S.A."
