Child in dress, performing curtsey with smile on face. Dress is very billowy. Sprigs of plants above and to right of child. "Copyright / 188e / by / Frank French" in lower left, to immediate right of Woodpecker icon over "O W / W". Signed in pencil below image "Frank French / Original", right.
