- Spectacles in case. Circular bifocal lenses with brown celluloid rims and gold wire arms. Hole drilled through inner edge of each lens. In hinged metal case covered with dark brown leather. Leather stamped in gold on bottom: "BROWN BURPEE / OPTOMETRISTS / MANCHESTER, N.H. / CONCORD, N.H.", with image of Old Man of the Mountain wearing spectacles.
