- Purchased by the seller in 2002 at the estate auction of Mr. and Mrs. John Udall of Belmont, NH. According to the Udalls, the quilt was made for Mrs. Udall by her grandmother, Alice G. Cushing (b. 1873), or her aunt, Florence W. Cushing (1901-1974).
