- Hand-colored photograph of Twin Mountain from the Ammonoosuc River, NH, by Charles H. Sawyer (1868-1954), Concord, NH, 1928. One of 35 photographs in Volume 2 of a two-volume set. Still blue river in foreground, rocky shore on left, green and red trees on each side, purple mountains in background, and blue sky with pink clouds. Photograph is adhered at top edge to larger piece of gray paper, creating a 1/8" border. Gray paper is adhered at top edge to heavy paper album page. Titled in pencil below photograph, "Twin Mountain + the Ammonoosuc". Signed in pencil below photograph, at right, "Sawyer".
