Round disk. Raised cast lettering on face: "OPERATION / DESERT STORM / Thank You / from the people of New Hampshire / Presented by / Governor Judd Gregg". Pin on reverse, with removable clasp. In rectangular cardboard box with removable cover and velvet-covered paper interior; printed paper label adhered to bottom exterior: "hampshire / pewter / WOLFEBORO, N.H."
