- License plate, New Hampshire passenger car. Embossed aluminum. Horizontal rectangle with rounded corners. Green on white. "RO55" in center, "PHOTOSCENIC" centered at top, "19" in top left corner, "63" top right corner, "NEW HAMPSHIRE" centered at bottom. Two round holes in each corner, 1.5" apart. Reverse: white.

- One of 771 New Hampshire license plates bequeathed by Stanley A. Hamel (1927-2012) of Seabrook, NH, who was a member of the NH House of Representatives, 1965-75, and chairman of the House Transportation Committee. This plate was issued to Norman Fecteau, Exeter, NH, owner of a 1957 Ford.
