Pres. / THREE DOLLARS" printed; "532"(?) written in ink top; "November 5 25" written in ink bottom; Sparhawk(?), David Chase's signatures bottom; alternating floral garlands and "THREE" printed in oval to make border; "ThreeDollars" printed microletters center; "3" printed in circle four corners; decorative scalloped edge border left, right sides. Reverse: illegible writing.
