- Sword belt, part of Civil War uniform of Capt. George F. Goodwin (1836-1864) of Somersworth, NH, Company D, 5th New Hampshire Regiment. Black leather. Cream-colored leather lining. Brass buckle with eagle, laurel branches, and "E PLURIBUS UNUM". Three leather straps attached to main belt. Four brass clips and one brass hook.
