- Ladle, silver, by John F. Vent (c.1765-1835), Connecticut River Valley, New Hampshire/ Vermont, 1810-1830. Fiddle handle with pointed fins. Circular bowl. "JED" engraved in feather script on front of handle. Stamped "J.F. Vent" in script in rectangle on back of handle.
