- Engraving. Portrait of King George II. Steel engraving printed on paper. Bust length portrait of an older man with long curly light wig, white collar, vest, jacket with buttons and an insignia on the right side with a sash from the right shoulder to the left waist in a circular dark background. The portrait is in a crown like medallion with a smaller medallion below; the portrait showing a battle scene with two British soldiers and two American Indians. Attached to each side of this medallion are two stands on the right and left side of the portrait each holding a man. The man on the right side is facing the portrait dressed in a long coat with scarf and short pants and holds a staff. The man on the left side faces sightly to the right and is dressed in a long coat,; scarf, short pants and has a sword. In script below "George II" facsimile of signature; " below this in script "From the Original Painting by J. Faber."
