- Pin, American Red Cross. Brass pin with plastic flag. Brass pin is in shape of a flag pole with a round knob at top. Attached to the pole is a white plastic flag with "AMERICAN RED CROSS" printed along top and a red cross symbol printed underneath. "PAT. JUNE 6, 1905 THE WHITEHEAD HOAG CO. NEWA[RK, N.J.]" printed on back.
