- Commemorative Fraternal Ribbon. Red, white, and blue vertically striped silk ribbon suspended from gold tone pressed tin rectangular bar. Circular celluloid medal with tin rim suspended from ribbon. "LOUISVILLE, KY. SEPT. 11-14. 1895." printed around face with eagle and American flag symbol suspended above a gold star with "GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC / VETERAN" printed in the star. "BATTLE OF CHICKAMAUGA SEPT 19-20, 1863. / DEDICATION SEPT. 1895." printed on back with chromolithographic image of battle scene on back.
