- Salad plate, part of a place setting from The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel, Dixville Notch, NH. White porcelain with two green concentric bands. Green Balsams logo on rim: three pine trees and words "THE BALSAMS / DIXVILLE NOTCH,NH". Black maker's mark on reverse, within oval: "USA / SINCE 1871 / Syracuse / CHINA / 32-C".
