- Crest, wooden, carved by John Haley Bellamy, Kittery Point, Maine, 1858. Arched floral motif. Old paper label on reverse with ink inscription: "Carved by / John H. Bellamy / 1858". Later paper label on bottom: "Property of Dorothy Vaughan". Price sticker on bottom: "$5.00". 0.6" diam. hole in bottom, probably to fit on a dowel.
