Four-story, gable-roof building in center with small square windows, elevated footings, and side loading doors. White, one or two-story clapboard building to right, and three-story, flat-roof building to left (possible wing). One-story sheds on elevated footings left background with trees, larger buildings, and church steeple. Signed lower right: "MCS / 1973 / TILTON N.H." Ink inscription twice, on reverse: "TILTON, N.H."
